- Local pickup can be arranged via appointment only.
- Please note that our production time for all items is 1 - 4 business days and in some cases, depending on very busy periods it may be more. This is on top of Australia Post shipping times. - If you have a special event that you require products for, please select the option for express post and advise us of the event date.
- International postage charges apply on all orders outside Australia.
- We do not replace or refund for any items lost in the post without a tracking number. While we have great faith in the Postal system, items do become misplaced and lost in transit and we do not replace items without a tracking

International Delivery
As we Ship from Tasmania, Australia, once your order is mailed, we cannot guarantee shipping times for international shipments.
We do offer standard and express postage.
Standard International Delivery
Standard Worldwide shipping (no tracking number is provided) starts at $10.00 AUD. Delivery will take up to approx 10-15 business days.
If you require tracking number, standard shipping starts at $25 AUD. Delivery will take up to 10 - 15 business days with tracking number.
Express International Delivery
Express International Shipping starts from $42.00 AUD. Delivery will take approx 2 - 4 business days and a tracking number is provided.
In some circumstances, delivery to certain countries and zones may take longer due to customs and circumstances that are beyond our control. Please allow adequate time for your delivery to be sent before your event to ensure you receive in time. Balloonies Studio will not be held responsible for any delays in postage.
Some items inc tassels attract a higher rate.
