WHAT ARE THE BALLOONS MADE FROM?
Balloonies Studio sources only the highest quality balloons made of 100% natural rubber latex. They are 100% biodegradable and will breakdown at the same rate as an oak leaf.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN MY BALLOON GARLAND KIT?
Our aim has always been to have an all inclusive kit that eliminates the need to source other materials. Our kits also include more sizes and more balloons to make more of an impact.
Our standard 4M Balloon Garland kit will include
30 x 12cm Balloons
60 x 28cm Balloons
5 x 40cm balloons
2 x large 60cm/90cm Balloons.
You will also receive a 100Pk Glue dots, Full Instructions and a Dual Action Balloon Pump.

What are the current time frames?
Our current processing times for your order will depend on a few factors. As majority of our products are Handmade or Made to order, processing times will vary.

While we do try to get all orders out in a timely and quick fashion, please understand that choosing Express will not quicken our timeframe for processing orders.

DO I NEED HELIUM FOR THE BALLOON GARLAND KIT?
No, Absolutely no Helium is needed to inflate your balloon Garland kit. A dual Action Pump is included to help save your breath and make blowing up your kit a breeze.
What is the Zoom Kit?
Our Zoom kit consist of 2 x 3m Style removable Hooks and a set of 260Q ( Noodle ) Balloons. Originally added to our kits as an add on so clients could make a cute ZOOM call background. Now we use the ZOOM kit for just about anything, from tying in clusters of minis to the garland to hanging the balloon garland to your wall
HOW LONG WILL MY BALLOON GARLAND LAST?
Amazingly, in the right conditions your balloon garland will last weeks, if not months.
Things like sunlight & heat will deteriorate your Balloon Garland faster, so we suggest for it to be installed / or left inside in a cool space to ensure it will last the distance.

What is a double layered Kit?
When you order a standard balloon garland Kit from us, you have the option to Upgrade to a double layered Design. This means that we will insert one balloon inside the other to give the balloon a more opaque and professional look. Please note that we do not double layer any chrome or confetti balloons inside the kit as there is no benefit from doing so, and will not change the appearance of the balloon
CAN I CONSTRUCT BEFORE MY EVENT?
Yes, you sure can.
Best to aim for a few days before to ensure the balloons are looking their best.

HOW DO I GET MY BALLOONS ROUND & NOT TEARDROP SHAPE?
The best way to make your balloons round is to fully inflate, then release a bit of air. Pressing the base of the balloon while doing this , will help this process and make the balloon more round.
HOW DO I GET THE CONFETTI TO STICK TO THE SIDES OF MY BALLOON?
Rub your hand over the balloon when inflated to create static inside the balloon. Give the balloon a shake to help stick to the sides.
WHAT ARE DOUBLE-STUFFED BALLOONS, AND HOW DO I TIE THEM?
Double Stuffed Balloons are essentially two balloons in one. We use the Double stuffed technique to create new and exciting colours for your garlands, a bit like mixing paint. Double stuffing Balloons allows us to colour match looks to your preference and will give a more professional look to any balloon garland.
Simply inflate as per your normal balloon and tie the INSIDE balloon only…. Your fingers will thank you for it .

WHAT IS BALLOON TAPE?
Balloon Tape is a clear length of plastic tape (approx 1cm wide ) with small holes along it.
Building your balloon garland is made easy by inserting the knotted end of the balloon through the hole. The method is easy to do and popular for first timers and beginners.

WHAT ARE THE STICKY DOTS FOR?
Each balloon garland include a 100pk of glue dots. Use these with your mini 12cm balloons to plug up any holes that you may see in your finished garland.

I seem to be missing a certain colour in my kit?
Unfortunately in this day & age, along with with the COVID 19 pandemic, we are also experiencing a worldwide Balloon Shortage. Suppliers are unable to get stock in and wait times for certain colours are high. All due care is taken for your kit to receive all colours noted in your kit. We reserve the right to substitute with another colour if needed in a similar colour/ brand or tone - where available. Unfortunately this also means stock is not always available in all sizes and you may not receive colours in all sizes.
