Processing Times

POSTAGE UPDATE: 

Due to the recent floods in QLD & NSW, Australia post are experiencing lengthy delays through their postage system. Express post is still the fastest option as these are prioritised first.

Flooding and extreme weather conditions across NSW and Queensland are causing some delivery delays for items coming in and out of these regions. Local deliveries in flood-affected areas are also impacted.

The safety of our people and the community is our priority.

Tracked items will be delivered as soon as it is safe to do so. Express Post and StarTrack Premium items are also being prioritised. You can continue to track your packages and get updates through the Australia Post mobile app.

A number of our Post Offices and delivery facilities have been damaged by flood waters and are not yet able to be accessed safely.

While every effort was made to move mail and parcels to a safe location prior to the flooding, we expect some items will have been severely damaged or washed away. As soon as our affected sites can be accessed safely, our team will work to assess the impact and undamaged items will be delivered as soon as possible.

 

 

 

WHAT ARE THE CURRENT TIME FRAMES?

 

Our current processing times for your order will depend on a few factors. As majority of our products are Handmade or Made to order, processing times will vary.

Our current processing times are as follows

Balloon Garlands : 1 to 3 Business days

Double Layered Balloon Garlands: 1 to 3 Business Days

Tassel Garlands :  up to 3 to 5 Business days

Streamers Kits : up to 7  Business Days

Vinyl Decal & Balloon Mosaics : up to 7 to 10  Business Days

 

I need my order quickly and chosen Express Shipping, Why has my order not shipped yet?

While we do try to get all orders out in a timely and quick fashion, please understand that choosing Express will not quicken our timeframe for processing orders.
