Returns & Refunds

At Balloonies, we know that you are purchasing our products because you are celebrating something and so we want you to have an amazing experience with us and when using our products.

We would hate you to ever feel like your celebration was let down (pun intended!) and so gladly accept returns accepted if the item you receive is faulty, defective or damaged during transit.

To arrange your refund, please email us within 5 working days of receiving of your parcel & include a description of the problem as well as photos showing the fault/damage to the item and the original packaging.

We will assess your case and if approved, process all refunds within 2-4 business days of them being received.

You will receive an email with the details and outcome of your processed return.

Please note, we offer strictly NO refunds or returns:

  • If items are damaged as a result of them not being used as intended and/or not following instructions for use.
  • For change of mind/ if you no longer need the items.
  • Orders arriving after your event due to Delays in postage / Couriers which is beyond our control. All due measure is taken to have your items out in a timely matter ( please see our processing time here for information of production times ). We suggest choosing Express Post and allow enough time to receive your before your event.
  • Custom Orders - balloon garland/ tassel garland and other custom orders
