Returns & refunds
Returns accepted if the item is faulty, defective or damaged during transit. Please contact me within 5 working days of receipt of your parcel & include photo's showing the fault/ damage to the item and the original packaging.
Strictly no refunds or returns:
- If items are damaged as a result of them not being used as intended and/or not following instructions for use.
- For change of mind/ if you no longer need the items.
- Orders arriving after your event.
