Shipping / Local Pickup

Orders  are dispatched next business day  through our Courier Service.

Please note that this is an approx processing time and is subject to many factors.

Shipping costs are weight dependant and extra shipping costs may applied for Large & Bulky Items.

Once order is made, a separate invoice will be sent for payment. Bulky Items will then be sent upon receipt of payment, not before.

Our courier is  a Express road service and times depend on State and location.

If you would prefer to have your items sent via Express Post - through Australia Post, please contact us for a quote.

Courier Delivery: 1 to 6 Business days  depending on customer location

Please ensure you order ahead of time to avoid delays

 

Other Postage and Shipping Information

• We are based in  Adelaide, Australia 
• We do not have local pickup available at this time.
• Please note that our production time for all items is 1 - 4 business days and in some cases, depending on very busy periods it may be more. This is on top of courier freight  shipping times. If you require something urgently, please contact us. We are always happy to work with you, and will assist where we can. For more information, contact us for current shipping times.
• If you have a special event that you require products for, please select the option for express post and advise us of the event date.
• International postage charges apply on all orders outside Australia. Plesae contact us if you require something postage oputside of Australia and some items are not able to be posted.
• We do not replace or refund for any items lost in the post without a tracking number. While we have great faith in the Postal system, items do become misplaced and lost in transit and we do not replace items without a tracking

International Delivery

As we Ship from Adelaide, Australia, once your order is mailed, we cannot guarantee shipping times for international shipments.

We do offer standard and express postage.
