COVID 19- Delays - now updated.

Due to current Lockdown restrictions in some states, postage deliveries are being affected.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 working days from receipt of payment, subject to stock availability.

Australia post have advised the following timeframes for deliveries at this current time:

Standard Delivery: 4 to 10 Business days 

Express Post: 1 to 3 Business days

Please ensure you order ahead of time to avoid delays

Postage and Shipping Information

• We ship from Tasmania, Australia and are located at Suite 4 / 63 Paterson Street Launceston, Tasmania.
• Local pickup can be arranged via appointment only.
• Please note that our production time for all items is 1 - 4 business days and in some cases, depending on very busy periods it may be more. This is on top of Australia Post shipping times. If you require something urgently, please contact us. We are always happy to work with you, and will assist where we can. For more information, contact us for current shipping times.
• If you have a special event that you require products for, please select the option for express post and advise us of the event date.
• International postage charges apply on all orders outside Australia.
• We do not replace or refund for any items lost in the post without a tracking number. While we have great faith in the Postal system, items do become misplaced and lost in transit and we do not replace items without a tracking

Standard local balloon delivery is available to the following locations:

Launceston CBD, Newstead, Punchbowl, Norwood, Youngtown, South Launceston, Kings Meadows, St Leonards, West Launceston, Summerhill, Prospect, Prospect Vale, Waverley, Ravenswood, Invermay, Mowbray, Mayfield, Newnham, Rocherlea, Trevallyn, Riverside, Legana, Grindelwald, Rosevears, Lanena, Exeter

Delivery outside Launceston are available to the following locations:

Northern Midlands: Western Junction, Breadalbane, Evandale, Devon Hills, Perth, Longford, Cressy, Campbell Town.

Meander Valley: Blackstone Heights, Travellers Rest, Hadspen, Carrick, Bracknell, Elizabeth Town.

West Tamar: Bridgenorth,  Beaconsfield, Beauty Point 

East Tamar: Dilston, Windimere, Hillwood, Georgetown 

North West Coast: Westbury, Deloraine Devonport, Turners Beach, Ulverstone, Burnie, Lilydale, Bridport, Scottsdale and Nunamara

Other areas: Please contact us. Just because it is not listed does not mean we can not have it delivered. We will try our best to have our product delivered for you.

International Delivery

As we Ship from Tasmania, Australia, once your order is mailed, we cannot guarantee shipping times for international shipments.

We do offer standard and express postage.

Standard International Delivery

If you require tracking number, standard shipping starts at $25 AUD. Delivery will take up to 10 - 15 business days with tracking number.

Express International Delivery

Express International Shipping starts from $42.00 AUD. Delivery will take approx 2 - 10 business days and a tracking number is provided. Please note this is an estimate only and delivery within this time frame cannot be guaranteed due to Covid 19 Delays. 

In some circumstances, delivery to certain countries and zones may take longer due to customs and circumstances that are beyond our control. Please allow adequate time for your delivery to be sent before your event to ensure you receive in time. Balloonies Studio will not be held responsible for any delays in postage.

Some items inc tassels attract a higher rate.
